Chronix is best introduced through one concrete client workflow rather than by trying to sell the whole platform at once.

Recommended first rollout:

• pick one desk workflow;
• select venues and accounts;
• wire live market data;
• configure execution and account state;
• add risk hooks and exposure dashboards;
• build clickGUI workspace;
• validate latency and connector health in Grafana;
• add replay/backtest where relevant;
• document runbook and alert policy;
• expand after the workflow proves value.
